全一卷。收于大正藏第二十册。本经叙述地藏菩萨之誓愿、功德、陀罗尼等。地藏菩萨系以‘众生度尽，方证菩提；地狱未空，誓不成佛’为其大愿；即为利益五浊恶世之众生，而不惜身命。故凡众生称其名号者，皆可速成意愿，灭除烦恼罪垢，住于涅槃道之第一乐。本经中之陀罗尼共有六十三句，诵此陀罗尼可袪除一切苦恼系缚。
