全一卷。译者佚名。收于大正藏第十九册。本经内容叙述佛陀在祇树给孤独园时，大光、无量光二位菩萨奉众花国最胜灯王如来之命，来至娑婆世界，授安宅陀罗尼咒，谓此咒多所饶益。佛对阿难说应受持供养此经咒。又本经之同本异译及同类本包括有持句神咒经、陀邻尼钵经、东方最胜灯王陀罗尼经、东方最胜灯王如来经、圣最上灯明如来陀罗尼经等。
