一卷。赵宋法护译。此明王能出生一切如来法眼遍照法界之大力，故名。明王者，陀罗尼之德名也。经中说陀罗尼及坛法。世尊在摩诃母质邻那山，大宝楼阁中。说一咒，又说一咒。魔王恐怖，欲兴恼害。金刚手现身降之。复说一咒，又说无量勇猛力真言。次说坛法，次魔王归命。次须菩提问受持法？佛又说一咒。次文殊师利问缘行无常之义？次观世音。及秘密主。各问此经名义？
