全一卷。后魏吉迦夜译。今收于大正藏第三十二册。本论述说因明论理之纲要，以为分别善恶正邪之方便。分明造论、明负处、辩正论、相应等四品。宋、元、明三本均谓本论为龙树所造，然高丽本与各经录中，皆未载其名。
