佛典注疏。隋智顗述,灌顶记。一卷。是东晋难提译《请观世音菩萨消伏毒害陀罗尼咒经》(简称《请观音经》)的注释书。不分章次,不列标题。释文先释经名,再论五重玄义,后依经文顺序对全经进行疏解。见载于明、清诸版大藏经。从人法以为名，灵知寂照法身为体，感应为宗，救危拔苦为用，大乘为教相。从如是，至令得无患，是序分。从尔时佛告，至生诸佛前，名正宗分。从佛说是已，讫文。名流通分。
