全一卷。隋代吉藏述于扬州慧日道场。又称华严经游意。收于大正藏第三十五册。本书乃立于三论宗之立场，由化主、化处、教门、徒众四方面，论华严教学之佛身、佛土、因果等问题。并就舍那佛与释迦牟尼佛之关系，评论南方论师之二佛一致说及北方论师之二佛相异说。本书约成于开皇十七年至十九年（597～599）。其叙述之形式虽复杂难解，然于诸问题亦有明白之教示。
