全一卷。隋代天台大师智顗（531～597）讲述。又称金刚经疏、金刚般若疏、金刚般若波罗蜜经疏。收于大正藏第三十三册。本书为现存最古之金刚般若经疏。乃智顗根据鸠摩罗什译金刚经所讲述之注释书，然讲述于何时何处则不明。本书采用五重玄义之释义，并以序、正、流通等三分解释经文，然书中难以圆融之点甚多，而不见智顗特有之解释风格，故恐系后人假藉之作，或智顗初期所述，而由旁人笔录。
