凡二卷。唐代窥基撰。全称金刚般若经赞述。收于大正藏第三十三册。乃鸠摩罗什所译金刚般若经之注释书。玄奘译之大般若波罗蜜多经第九会‘能断金刚波罗蜜多经’与上述罗什所译，为同本异译。而窥基虽为玄奘门下，却依用罗什之金刚般若经，此可谓异例；本书乃以法相宗之立场，而注释般若空观；就此而言，堪为一重要之注释书。
