凡十二卷。宋代知礼撰述。又作金光明文句记、光明文句记。收于大正藏第三十九册。本书随文解释智顗之金光明经文句。其初，知礼之师义通宣讲金光明经文句时，门徒竞录所闻成卷，然旷远之旨羁绊不宣，经论援证谬误亦不少，以致知礼有所感慨，遂援举所领大义，又借智圆之金光明文句索隐中之俗书故实以为裨助，撰述此书。至十七品，未竟而入寂。最后之赞佛品由其门人广智追补。
