凡八卷。隋代吉藏撰。收于大正藏第三十八册。论述净名经（维摩经）之要旨。此书属吉藏晚年著作。初述撰著缘由，次分名题、宗旨、会处三科。引用书籍颇多，有大品经、法华经、涅槃经、大智度论等三十余部经论，并载录道安、鸠摩罗什、僧肇、道生、北土论师等数十家之说。注释书有日本智光之净名玄论略述七卷。
