全一卷。唐代龟兹国僧若那译。收于大正藏第十九册。属密教尊胜陀罗尼法之经轨。其内容，初述陀罗尼和真言，次则宣说学念梵音法、画像法、念诵法、印法等。此外，与本经同类之仪轨尚有佛顶尊胜陀罗尼注义及佛顶尊胜陀罗尼念诵仪轨，均为唐代不空所译，亦各为一卷。佛顶尊胜陀罗尼念诵仪轨，略称尊胜陀罗尼仪轨，内容详载涂坛法、胎之护身法、辟除结界等，并有息灾、增长、降伏、敬爱等四种法。另有若那译之佛顶尊胜陀罗尼别法，全一卷。最初叙说画像法，次乃说明三十八种之成就法。以上均收于大正藏第十九册。
