二卷。唐代释智俨撰。此略疏首先以五门分别，即教典所出，藏摄分齐，所诠宗趣能诠教体、释经题目和分文解释。所释元魏菩提留支译《金刚般若经。科判甚细，足见作者心机。其科判以四疑为纲骨，以解行为次第。四疑是说明如何发生何佛之心，如何向往从佛之行，如何修佛意旨，如何克服杂念邪心。疏中以“住”指实相般若，以“行”指观照般若，以“降伏心”指文字般若。通晓其住、行所为，皆以唯识真如为体。藏摄分齐，叙述大般若经部帙。此略疏有一定新意，提出了不少新的见解对解经有一定参考价值。现常见版本是金陵刻经处本。
