凡二卷。唐代不可思议撰。今收于大正藏第三十九册。略称供养次第法疏、不思议疏。随文解释大日经疏卷七供养念诵三昧耶法门一卷五品。初揭七言四句之归敬颂，其次分为：述大意、说来由、释题目、随文解释等四门。撰者生平不详，依本书卷末所载，仅知其为新罗零妙寺之沙门，且曾亲炙受教于善无畏三藏。
