一卷。隋代释智顗撰。此义记是为解释姚秦三藏法师鸠摩罗什所译《阿弥陀经》而作。智大师所着法华等疏论集禅法三十三部，一百四十九卷，唯此义记最简略，总共有二千余言。开卷虽列五重玄义，但数语浮云而过。所释净土十疑论，释不退义，也是列无申述，与大师往作，风格大有悬殊之别。故后世多疑是他人附托之文。此义记参考价值不大。现常见版本是北京刻本经处本。
