凡二卷。略称心经幽赞。唐代窥基撰。收于大正藏第三十三册。本书乃般若心经最早之注疏，全书系依法相唯识之义旨而随文解释心经之内容。初引解深密经之三时教判，与辩中边论辩相品之颂以赞中道之义，次则释经题，并拈出五种般若与七最胜之义。其后则为经文之义解。本书之注疏本有崆峒记三卷（守千）、解节记六卷（护命）等。
