凡十二卷。印度世亲着，北魏菩提流支、勒那摩提等译。略称十地论。收于大正藏第二十六册。系注释十地经（华严经十地品之别译）之作。内容系解说菩萨修行之阶位，十地融摄一切善法：初三地寄说世间之善法；次四地说三乘修行之相状；后三地则说一乘教法。此书为六朝时代地论学派所依据之重要典籍，至隋代净影寺慧远作十地义记十四卷（现仅存八卷）集其大成。
