七卷，姚秦竺佛念译。一名处胎经。记二月八日夜半，佛卧于金棺以神通力示现处于母胎之宫殿，集十方之菩萨，说种种大乘之法。说已，付嘱此经于弥勒菩萨，身复本形在于金棺，寂然无声。后记分舍利起塔供养，大迦叶集八亿四千圣众，结集八藏。
