全一卷。明代云栖袾宏（1532～1615）着。收于大正藏第四十八册。本书前集收录诸祖法语节要三十九章、诸祖苦功节略二十四章，后集收录诸经引证节略。诸祖法语节要收录黄檗希运、玄沙师备、鹅湖大义、永明延寿等三十九位祖师之示众、普说。诸祖苦功节略系叙述祖师苦行与开悟之经过，内容包括悬崖坐树、引锥自刺、誓不展被、无时异缘、口体俱忘、以头触柱等要目。诸经引证节略则引用经典中有关修行者精进努力之事项。本书流行甚广，为修禅者必读之精进总集。除收于大正藏外，另亦收于云栖法汇第十四册。
