全一卷。又作大孔雀王神咒经、大金色孔雀咒经、孔雀王咒经。东晋帛尸黎蜜多罗译。收于大正藏第十九册。为原始密教经典。内容包括︰金色孔雀王、大孔雀王心咒、弥勒菩萨、梵天、天帝释、大鬼神、咒等。帛尸黎率先将本经传入东晋首都建康（今南京），其后有姚秦鸠摩罗什译之孔雀王咒经一卷、唐代不空译之佛母大孔雀明王经三卷、唐代义净译之佛说大孔雀咒王经三卷等。本经收于高丽大藏经者，译者佚名；收于元、明本者，译者之名题为‘东晋西域沙门帛尸黎蜜多罗’。
