凡二卷。唐代法照述。收于大正藏第四十七册。略称五会法事赞。内容分序文及本文二部分。此书相对于广本（净土五会念佛诵经观行仪），乃简略记述五会念佛之仪则。广、略二本皆述同一五会念佛之行仪，然广本分十门详述，略本则无章段；广本叙述行法事者必念诵阿弥陀经并载经文，略本则无。注疏有演底五卷（东日）、探赜一卷（东日）、名数二卷（良义）等。
