现存二卷。唐代法照撰。收于大正藏第八十五册。略称五会法事仪。内容广述五会念佛之行仪作法，此为广本。此书原三卷，久不传；西元一九○八年，法人伯希和（P. Pelliot）于敦煌发现中、下二卷。此二卷中载有二十一种赞文，与略本所载赞文（共三十七种）完全相同。
