全一卷。唐代不空译。收于大正藏第十九册。谓佛在摩伽陀国清净园白莲池侧，为金刚手等诸大菩萨，说明佛舍利之功德与神咒内容及修持之法。经题之‘宝’字，即指如意宝珠及宝印；前者表众生之心性，后者表佛舍利之功德。谓行法供养时，能灭四重、五逆、谤法等一切重罪，而得无量之福智，脱却生死，并延长寿命，命终后，应其志愿，于十方净土中，愿生何国即得生何国。
