全一卷。唐代不空（705～774］译。收于大正藏第二十一册。本仪轨乃如来为末世福薄众生宣说祈祷北斗七星以求延命增福、稼穑丰饶之供养护摩仪则。初叙造水坛之仪则，次叙启词、召请北斗七星之印契、一字顶轮王真言、北斗七星真言等。然根据考证，此仪轨恐系取自道教迷信之司命夺算。
