凡二卷。译者不详。约译于北凉（397～439）。又称优婆夷净行经、净行经、净行品。收于大正藏第十四册。本经系为毗舍佉之母而说优婆夷之净行。共分三品：(一)修行品，列举优婆夷应修学之十法及应远离之五十八法。(二)修学品，举示初学菩萨修习净行之五十项，以及为得如来三十二大人相，所应修习之二十项。(三)瑞应品，述说菩萨处胎初生有十六种瑞应，生时有三十二种瑞应。
