全一卷。唐代实叉难陀（652～710）译。又作绕塔功德经。收于大正藏第十六册。本经系佛应舍利弗之请，以偈宣说右绕佛塔之功德。初叙在家众右绕塔可得夜叉鬼神等之亲近供养、远离八难、具妙色相、生于最尊之姓、仪容端正等功德。次叙出家众右绕塔可得四念处、四正勤、四如意足、四谛、根、力、觉、道，永离贪嗔痴，证独觉菩提等功德。
