一卷，唐菩提流志译。佛因有德女问，说第一义谛之理，授彼以菩提之记别。佛在鹿林。与弥勒入城乞食，有德女问佛所转法轮？佛以十二缘生答之。仍致问难，佛乃为说第一义谛无有诸业。亦无诸有而从业生，及以种种众苦恼事。譬如诸佛所作化人，化人复更化作种种诸物，于是有德女称叹供养，佛为授菩提记。
