全一卷。刘宋求那跋陀罗译。又称四品学法、四品觉法经。收于大正藏第十七册。叙说受持戒学之上、中、下、外等四品学法之义。(一)戒行备具，多知经法且能化度他人，称为真学，即上品。(二)纯行五戒，称为承法，即中品。(三)仅持守五戒中之前四戒，则称为依福学，即下品。(四)受持身所护法、供养法、同学法等，称为散持，即外品。
