全一卷。唐代玄奘译。又作胜军王经。收于大正藏第十四册。内容叙述佛陀在舍卫城誓多林给孤独园时，为胜军王开示正法治国之道，如以四事（布施、爱语、利行、同事）摄受群臣、百姓；佛陀又藉老病死衰等强调勤修无常观、尽灭观之重要，乃至护持佛法、愿求正法圣慧之财宝。综观全经之思想，多为第二义之俗谛门，故属小乘阿毗达磨论之思想。又本经之同本异译有宋代施护所译之佛说胜军王所问经。
