凡二卷。隋代阇那崛多译。收于大正藏第十四册。本经记载佛陀入毗耶离城乞食，至毗摩罗诘离车家，有善思童子，以其宿根所熏，献花礼佛，誓成菩提。佛陀乃为其说法，偈答往还，童子遂证无生忍。此外，西晋竺法护所译之大方等顶王经及梁代月婆首那译之大乘顶王经，皆为本经之同本异译。
