全一卷。隋代阇那崛多译。又称商主天子问经、商主天子经。收于大正藏第十五册。本经乃记载佛陀住王舍城耆阇崛山时，文殊师利受佛之教，为答商主等诸天之请问法要，而说诸菩萨入一切智、达一切法彼岸、满足六度等诸种成就；商主天子并请问佛陀‘无生’之意，后蒙佛授记将来成佛。
