全一卷。唐代玄奘译。收于大正藏第十五册。又称寂照三摩地经、寂照神变经。本经相当于西藏译本三部中之初部。系佛陀在灵山时，贤护菩萨就菩萨之依处、大慧智、方便化度等法请问佛陀。佛陀遂答有一‘三摩地’，称为寂照神变，摄菩萨所行之佛地，菩萨能安住其中，于一切诸法皆得圆满。更就此三昧之意义、德性等详加叙述。
