全一卷。吴·支谦译。收于大正藏第十六册。本经之同本异译经有佛说稻秆经、慈氏菩萨所说大乘缘生稻秆喻经、大乘舍黎娑担摩经、佛说大乘稻秆经等。出三藏记集卷六所载道安撰之了本生死经序，谓本经为佛陀初转法轮时所说四谛四信之要旨。内容包括：(一)以内缘、外缘二缘为缘起之要素。(二)开示因相缚、缘相缚。(三)归纳内缘、外缘之起，皆需待非常、不断、不躇步、种不败亡、相像非故等五事之起。(四)说十二因缘等。
