全一卷。宋代施护译。收于大正藏第十七册。内容叙述佛在给孤独园向诸比丘阐说如来成就之四无畏，并说佛于八大众中了无怖畏。又巴利本中部第十二大师子吼经（M.12 Maha^si^hana^da sutta，汉译身毛喜竖经卷上）中之一节，内容与本经一致。
