凡二卷。南齐昙景译。收于大正藏第十七册。内容叙述佛遣目犍连至迦毗罗城，说服耶输陀罗，令其子罗侯罗出家；及佛陀为波斯匿王与群臣宣说听法之功德，为四石女阐说业报，为只陀王子说五戒开遮之方便等。并将此经付嘱阿难，令其宣布教化，以度众生。
