全一卷。又称乳光经。西晋竺法护译。收于大正藏第十七册。内容叙述佛陀因风疾，命阿难至梵志摩耶利处乞取牛乳；梵志讥嫌，以暴烈之母牛供乳，时帝释天化作童子取乳并说偈，母牛闻佛名一反暴烈之性而欢喜供养。佛陀乃为阿难等说母牛之过去世因缘，谓母牛过去世时为一长者，爱贪高利，并好抵触他人，因此，死后堕为牛身；今生罪毕，闻佛之名而供佛牛乳；依此因缘，未来当成就佛果，名为乳光佛。
