全一卷。宋代施护译。收于大正藏第十四册。本经叙说佛陀为憍萨罗国国王胜军（即波斯匿王）宣说十二因缘法，谓世间诸法之体性虚空，刹那坏灭，故宜求出世之法。又本经与沮渠京声译之谏王经、玄奘译之如来示教胜军王经、义净译之佛为胜光天子说王法经等，内容大同小异，皆系阐论世间法之无常，而劝修正法。
