全一卷。宋代施护译。收于大正藏第十五册。本经系佛陀对于‘胜义空’所作之简扼说明。谓眼耳鼻舌身意等一切诸法，其生之时，法实无所从来；其灭之时，法亦无所离散。复说十二因缘法，谓无明缘行，行缘识，乃至生缘老死，如是生起一大苦蕴；故无明灭则行灭，行灭则识灭，乃至生灭则老死灭，如是则一大苦蕴灭。此即胜义空之要旨。
