全一卷。西晋竺法护译于泰始二年至建兴元年（266～313 ）。又作独证自誓三昧经、如来自誓三昧经。收于大正藏第十五册。‘独证自誓三昧’为佛陀昔时在句潭弥国大丛树间之交露精舍所居道场之名。本经叙述如来对贤儒菩萨解说佛法中之三种因缘，即趣向童真、了生、阿惟颜等三种阶次之人，如来皆一一予以授决。其次又宣说出家之法，并谓迦叶即循此自誓而得戒。本经所说之童真、了生、阿惟颜，相当于华严经所说十住菩萨之第八、第九、第十住等三种阶位；此于十住十地等菩萨修行阶位之思想中，颇值后世学者注意。又本经之异译本有东汉安世高之独证自誓三昧经。
