梵名Man~jus/ri^ -vikurva^n!a-parivarta 。全一卷。西晋竺法护译。收于大正藏第十五册。本经内容为大光天子与文殊师利问答魔事，魔来扰乱，文殊以三昧力缚魔，复变魔为佛身，与诸比丘论法，终使魔波旬心怀忧戚，泣泪而去。本经之梵本不存，汉译无异本，惟藏本之题意为‘圣文殊师利神变品之大乘经’，与汉译本之经题全然相异。
