一卷。隋阇那崛多译。说发菩提心之功德，四摄法及天行梵行圣行。后说破魔众会陀罗尼。佛在竹林精舍。迦叶大婆罗门，梦大莲华中有月轮，又见丈夫放光普照。次日问佛，佛为说一切智利，及说偈劝发菩提心。次分别三种菩提，次示四摄法，次示天行，梵行，圣行，次说破魔众会陀罗尼。
