梵名Tatha^gata -pratibimba-pratis!t!ha^nus/am!sa^ 。凡二卷。唐代提云般若译。今收于大正藏第十六册。内容叙述优陀延王造立佛像之因缘及其功德。本经译于武周天授二年（691）之大周东寺，大周刊定众经目录卷五以本经与东晋所译（译者不详）之‘造立形像福报经’为同本异译，缘山三大藏总目录卷上则谓此说谬误。
