凡二卷。译于南北朝初期（350～431），译者佚名。又作大方广如来秘密藏经、秘藏经、秘密藏经。收于大正藏第十七册。本经叙述佛陀对来自常出大音国之无量志庄严王菩萨宣说秘密藏法。菩萨欢喜而以身供养佛，且变现稀有广大之神通。佛更就大德迦叶之启问而敷演秘密藏法。
