二卷，隋乌苌国沙门那连提黎耶舍译。佛在耆阇崛山。与五百比丘，八千菩萨俱。文殊化现殊胜身色衣服，度淫女胜金色光明德，令得顺忍。此女化现死坏恶相，使上威德长者恐怖。诣佛闻法，亦得顺忍。佛为二人次第授记。
