全一卷。 智严译于刘宋元嘉四年（427）。收于大正藏第九册。本经乃佛为罗阅王之女利行宣说法华三昧之行法。叙述罗阅只城耆阇崛山中，有无数比丘众、菩萨众等齐聚来会，欲请问佛，佛口放光明，遍照十方，佛身忽然不见。罗阅王辩通、王女利行、诸女等齐来，佛遂由地涌出，坐大宝莲花上，为王女宣说法华三昧之法。王女得道之后，与众问合，诸女皆发心出家，王亦出家并得授记。
