一卷，宋昙摩蜜多译。说欲治人罪者，应先决定毗尼，观想虚空藏菩萨。佛住佉陀罗山，优波离问。欲治罪者，云何作观？佛言，先依决定毗尼，敬礼三十五佛。次想此菩萨顶，有如意珠，若见此珠，即见天冠中现三十五佛。珠中现十方佛，或得除罪字印臂。或闻空中唱罪灭，便堪入僧。或使知毗尼者得梦，须更忏悔。乃至八百日治厕，再三七忏。重与授戒。
