全一卷。北宋施护译。收于大正藏第四册。内容以世间良医具有四法成就比喻如来以四谛法疗治众生诸病。世之医王所具四法为：(一)善知病，(二)善知病源， (三)善知病之对治，(四)善治病已，更知断除病源。如来出现世间，亦如世间医王，善能阐说苦、集、灭、道四谛之法以疗治众生，令断除生死根本而得涅槃。
