全一卷（或二卷）。东汉安玄译，严佛调笔受。收于大正藏第十二册。本经与大宝积经卷十九康僧铠所译之郁伽长者会，及竺法护所译之郁迦罗越问菩萨行经，皆为同本异译经。然本经系古译本，将释尊译作众祐，舍卫国译作闻物国，长者译作理家等。内容叙述释尊应郁伽（梵Ugra ，本经译作‘甚’）长者之请，为在家、出家之菩萨说戒行。［杂阿含经卷三十、大唐内典录卷一、历代三宝纪卷四、开元释教录卷一］
