全一卷。西晋竺法护译。收于大正藏第一册。受岁，指夏安居后，比丘增一戒腊。本经内容即叙述目连尊者为诸比丘说夏安居结束后，所行‘自恣’戒仪之意义。比丘若谦抑自省，坦陈自己所犯之过错，请大众予以纠正，大众即欢喜举出其罪过，并施以教诫。反之，比丘若叛逆难驯，又俱恶法，大众即不予举罪、教诫与顾念。此外，本经与中阿含经第八十九比丘请经之内容相近，或为中阿含经之别生经。
