亦称《佛说人本欲生经》。佛教经典。东汉安世高译(或作“似安世高译”)。一卷。内杂有晋道安释。其内容与《中阿含》卷二四《大因经》相同。谓“本者，痴也;欲者，爱也;生者，生死也”。中心内容是论说人的本原，为中国佛教“原人论”说最早的经典依据。其中以“十二因缘”中的“无明”、“爱”与“生”概括生死轮回的基础教理。异译本有宋咸平四年(1001)施护译《大生义经》。
