全一卷。东晋竺昙无兰译。收于大正藏第一册。本经相当于巴利文长部第二经沙门果经。为长阿含第二十七经沙门果经之异译。系佛陀应阿阇世王之请问，而详述沙门之日常生活及现生所受殊胜之果报；因而令阿阇世王忏悔弑父之罪且归依佛。由本经亦可知佛陀时代印度人之思想生活，以及当时印度六师外道之思想。
